By accessing or using Play Calcutta ("the Service"), operated at playcalcutta.xyz, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Play Calcutta is a platform for organizing and participating in Calcutta-style auction pools for sporting events. The Service provides tools for event creation, live auctions, secondary market trading, score tracking, and leaderboard management.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement and that you are legally permitted to participate in pool-style competitions in your jurisdiction.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to update it as needed. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with or disrupt the Service; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems; (d) use automated tools to access the Service without permission; (e) harass, abuse, or harm other users.
Play Calcutta facilitates the organization of auction pools. All financial transactions between participants (antes, auction payments, payouts) are conducted directly between users. Play Calcutta does not process, hold, or guarantee any funds. Event commissioners are responsible for collecting and distributing funds among participants.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Score data, odds, and statistics are sourced from third parties and may not be accurate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Play Calcutta and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or funds, arising from your use of the Service.
All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Play Calcutta and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict of law principles.
